Amino Terminal Fragment Human uPA

This 18.5 kDa amino terminal fragment (ATF) of Human uPA(urokinase) was purified from human urokinase. This ATF has been shown to inhibit proliferation and invasion of cancer cells by binding to uPA receptor (uPAR).
