EZ-Prime PKC beta Primer

This oligonucleotide primer set is designed for specific PCR amplification of human PKC beta message and gives an amplimer of 308 base pairs (encoding both beta I & beta II). One vial is sufficient for > 50 amplification reactions, provided with complete instructions, and optimal experimental conditions.
