Mouse Prorenin, C-terminal 8x His tag

This mouse prorenin was recombinantly produced in HEK cells and purified by metal affinity chromatography. It contains an 8x His tag at the C-terminal end necessary for purification. This prorenin is resistant to activation to renin by trypsin digestion.
